Valuing Different Perspectives
Our Story
The Women’s Leadership Lab was established with the vision to create unique and experiential programs, giving women an opportunity to adopt and practice the latest advice and research in women’s leadership.
Since 2010, WLL has conducted Labs with individual participants from various work backgrounds, as well as groups sponsored for company-specific programs. These women represent a wide range of industries (including Fortune 50 companies) and leadership roles.
Each WLLab is committed to the principle that diversity of thought and experience provides the most value to all participants. This diversity extends to the perspectives and styles of the WLL facilitators, themselves, and contributes to a distinctly different discussion on leadership in today’s world.
“Traditional high-potential, mentoring, and leadership education programs are necessary but not sufficient.” – HBR Women Rising.
